Galaxy XL is Inovar's wide-format hybrid: at 229mm wide and 1511mm long the boards are noticeably broader than the 192mm boards in Inovar's Original and Invogue ranges, which suits larger rooms where wide boards look proportionate. At 5.5mm it stays relatively slim, so it is easier to work into an existing home without large threshold height changes. It uses the Triloc locking system (licensed by I4F) and a Wood Sculpture surface texture. Eight colours cover a wide spread: River Gum and Grey Blackbutt for the Australian native end, Arena, Somersby and Helena through the mid-tones, Mocha for the deepest, and Snowdrift and Mirage at the pale, cooler end. Each box covers 2.08m2.
